Craftsmanship 3 stars only because of ROC fab. So far looks good to go craftsmanship anyway . Have not used it ! Neg made in ROC Republic Of China Taiwan. Although Taiwan makes fairly high quality in compared to mainland China would be nice when paying US prices we could at least fund a couple US workers and our system! If was made in US Germany or Japan would have given 4 for craftsmanship but doubt the metalurgy quality!

Still a great unit, just has to go in the same … Brand new as expected, however several years ago I bough several of these muffpots, and this one is smaller that the rest, it fits perfectly in the bracket that it came with, but it doesn’t fit tight at all in any of the older brackets.Still a great unit, just has to go in the same bracket that it came with.:(
