The cooler works great but like a lot of the other reviews the … The cooler works great but like a lot of the other reviews the lid system is a joke and a major product flaw.I took the hinges off and ground the inside part of the hinge so it will open past 90 degrees and took the top screw out of the strap and moved it down one rib and now the lid works like it should

Poor quality and poor customer service. I purchased this cooler in june of 2016. The first cooler did not work. I got a replacement cooler and used it once and then it did not work again. I filled out the warranty information on their website and did not receive a reply. I then called and Igloo said they would replace the cord. After waiting two weeks I called again, they had no information on my claim. I called a third time and the people answering the phone didnt know what to do.
