Glad I buyt it through Amazon Horrible price for a non-LED lamp.These light bulbs are a specific use 6 volt bulb that do nothing but illuminate the water and ice dispenser during normal use.Most people can live without the lamp when it burns out. My secondary refrigerator occupies a rather dark space so the illumination is needed.Although the going price for this single lamp is not very realistic, the ability to purchase and receive it within a short period of time is surely a benefit. Solved the Problem! Excellent product! Hard to install dueto design/placement of socket. Once in place, it puts out plenty of light and solved the ice dispenser chute “frosting” right away. Now there’s no slow drip of melting frost into the tray at the bottom of the recess. Shipping was prompt and on time. Packaging was excellent with each individual bulb tightly wrapped in bubble wrap. They’re not cheap but quality design and manufacture usually aren’t.
Useless Bought two of these to replace dispenser bulb in my GE refrigerator. First one blew immediately upon installation; ditto for the second one. Total junk, and very overpriced.
