Great for warming up lunches Bought this for my husband to heat up and cook his lunch for work. He doesn’t have access to a microwave sometimes, so it was a great idea that it can just warm up in his car. He said it was easy to use, just plug it in and it cooks/heats up his food while he worked. It have an aluminum lining, I’m guessing to maximize the heat and to make sure it keeps warm. So far, we tested it on my plastic bento box and 7 cup Pyrex glass bowl. It fits great, it did not melt, and it didn’t make the food too…
Innovative idea We take long car trips back home to SC (12 hours). This portable oven is perfect to use for heating up finger food snacks during the drive. My husband also works construction and uses this to heat his food so its nice and hot when he goes to lunch. No more cold spaghetti or chili now. It is more of a personal size (approx 8in x 10in) and wouldn’t be able to heat up larger containers but good for smaller containers.I really don’t know why something like this wasn’t on the market…
Works as stated! We took this out on a long road trip. It works perfect! I was able to warm up my chicken breast on it. Then I warmed up some chicken nuggets for the kids. I had my doubts, but I will be taking this thing with me on all long road trips. I can see this also being useful if you work on job sites and don’t have access to a microwave.
