Failed in 16 months – customer service is an insult When my Norcold completely crapped out in my trailer after 16 months I discovered just how expensive, and just how many issues these units have had. I think it (dangerously) lost its ammonia gas, but I can’t even call customer service unless I pay their $40 extortion fee. What kind of company does that? I guess I’ll throw it in the landfill and replace it with a $150 electric-only dorm refrigerator.I sure wish there were more options in RV refrigerators.This has to be my most…
