Way way way tiny! Did not realize how tiny this is. From the picture, it looks like a regular small baking pan fits in there. I thought I could fit a small individual type of pizza in there. When they say “compact” they are not kidding! This thing is **smaller** than a shoebox. I don’t even think a full serving of something can fit in there. The pan that is shown in the picture is miniature in real life. If you need to heat up just a small portion of something, maybe this will do. I didn’t even bother trying it and just returned the unit.
Very good heat output compared to the previous generation Very good heat output compared to the previous generation. The HO/LO switch is stuck on HI and the seller sent me a linkto manufacturer regarding warranty, which I didn’t have time to check. It would have been nice if seller offered to send another unit and I would return the existing unit in the same box.
