Works well but could be better (all Foodsavers) Like the size and features, but it suffers from the same old problems. If the food is too wet ( like fish filets), to much moisture gets vacuumed and the bag wonât seal properly. I have to put a paper towel in the bag at the top to make it work. I just donât remember this problem with the older models. Get the carry bag. Itâs great.
Work good but does not like repeated sealing This is the third FoodSaver Vacuum system I have owned. Work good but does not like repeated sealing. The description indicates it will do repeated sealing but I have problems with a good seal when it heats up. Just let it rest between seals.
LOVE IT!!! LOVE IT!!! I get ribs and tri-tip and seal it up – lasts SO much longer than in regular packaging. Unit is sturdy and even runs off of 12v so when I’m camping I can seal up leftovers or fish caught while on the trip!
