Fixed my cooler After doing a review on the cooler, showing pics of the dust/hair that gets inside fan and how to take apart and keep it clean, my fan decided to stop workingð¢ it’s 10yrs old tho, and did a lot of traveling in my big rig. Fixes cost common failure. Wire couplers are not good Fixed my Coleman thermo cooler in 20 minutes. We occasionally run it 7×24 which will burn out the outer motor. That causes the power plug fire to blow (for safety). Auto store have the .75 amp glass fuses to repair the power plug. Save yourself some time and strip the wires, twist together and use black tape. I had no luck with their wire connectors.
Bring your coleman powerchill back to life! These power ice chests are not built with the most sturdy parts. The original fan on mine died after only one month. Instead of tossing it out I replaced it with this part and it works just as before. Pretty easy to replace if you have a rudimentary ability to connect small wires correctly.
