Good for keeping insulin under 40F Bought this to keep my medicines and unused insulin cold during 3-4 month road and air trips. Once opened, I keep the insulin vials in a Frio wallet and it lasts for a month. This bag is awesome, and we did have it and use it daily for about 7 months and the bottom ripped so I contacted Koolatron and they sent me a new one!!! way to go Koolatron for great customer service! Great product for keeping lunches fresh when on the road all day. Would recommend. As advertised, works well. My fiance is on the road off and on all day, so I got this for him with the RoadPro 12-Volt Portable Stove, and a car adapter so that he can plug them in at the same time if need be. He has used it a few times, and it works well. Keeps the food cold, has plenty of space for lunch and snacks. I actually had picked the bigger one and returned it, because the 26Qt was TOO big for his needs, but both products are good.
