Flawed design, does not perform as advertised. I bought this directly from the Kickstarter program, not from Amazon. I tried to contact GoSun with my issues, but apparently they are not interested in anything but glowing reviews. If I post a review on their Facebook page I’m sure they will take it down so I’m resorting to here. The concept is brilliant, but the execution leaves a LOT to be desired. Best thing ever Came in faster then expect. OMG. I put some potatoes with garlic seasoning and a bit of butter and Fajitas. I let it cook in about 75° weather for about 40 min and completely forgot about it. When I went to check on it it was done. The food was so juicy and tastes unbelievable. Better then on a grill. Just wish i bought the bigger one but this is great for one person. It is going everywhere with me. Really good product.
