For the price, quality control is lacking For the price of the unit, the quality is low in our opinion. The unit looks and feels “cheap”, the trim was not in the best quality, and the unit arrived with a damaged power input (which I fixed). We used the unit for a few hours indoors and immediately noted that the compressor began clicking an unusual sound during the cool down stage. My instinct tells me that the compressor is probably going to fail in an unreasonably short period of time. Unfortunately we cannot return the unit due to…
Love it! Love it! Just make sure you get the one for the primary preferred use. Refrigerator or freezer. The primary has the lager compartment and the 2nd compartment is smaller.
Doesn’t last long/cheap/poor customer service After not even a full 2 months it’s already stopped getting cold. I’ll admit while it was working it was great.I also want to add that since I first uploaded my review I was contacted by the folks at Skadi. They tried telling me that my battery was low and that’s why my fridge won’t work. I drive an 18 Wheeler and can guarantee at no point during my travels across the country do my batteries get low.
