12v DC deep-cycle use. Silent and tiny. I got it yesterday. I plugged in the charger and it indicated that the device was already fully charged. I popped it onto my Philips Respironics DreamStation CPAP using a 12v cord and then used it all night with the humidifier option turned on. Happy customer We bought this for 2 night overnight camping trip. Hubby uses a CPAP and this kept him breathing well through the night. We did charge after first night (more for our security than for low battery). We also used to power our air pump for 2 queen mattresses. Would reccommend!
