Works great and will fry an egg if you understand what you are buying As with all similar products for 12v, the buyer needs to understand you are cooking off of a battery which is basically a whole lot less “power” than what a lot of people are used to. I used this on my boat to fry eggs and brown turkey spam and beans. It works great, generally taking 10 to 15 minutes to get everything brown the way I wanted it. Use a plastic spatula and plenty of oil as it does stick and will scratch easy. it is best used for one person as it is small, but big enough for a normal person’s meal. It’s lightweight and great for off-grid applications like boating or camping IF you understand what you are buying.
