Not made for men that need to use force in everything they do lol This works fine and it won’t break easily if you know how to use it. You can probably tell that all the reviews complaining that it broke were written by men. Men tend to use unnecessary force to use stuff when they don’t know what they are doing. You don’t need to be aggressive with this product lol! Just place your grilled cheese/sandwich and gently close it NO NEED TO TOUCH THE LOCK, it will lock by itself.
