A god send for winter with an electric vehicle. My wife has a Chevy volt, and running the heater sucks down the electric driving range. This amazing 12v electric blanket keeps her toasty without using the traction battery to run the heat, which extends her winter driving range substantially!She uses it so often while driving that I tease her and say she looks like FDR.A must purchase for an EV car owner!
I would buy another brand I buy quite a few gifts for people from Amazon. My daughter and son in law are artists and he is a musician. Every year they go up north to a music festival so I bought this because they freeze in the SUV. Well I had also bought him a small portable generator that they love but if they plugged the blanket into it (which they always use for phones etc) it kept beeping and the same in the car outlet so it was a costly waste.
Not too bad I ordered this electric blanket, first one didn’t seem to work. Was offered replaced. Plugged in 2nd one on a cold day and had my wife hold it to tell me if she felt it work. She loved it folded on her lap and put her hands in the folds. She is interested in getting a house electric blanket now seeing how they work to keep you warm.
