Does what it claims to reliably, quickly, and cleanly–all with a remarkably small footprint We were skeptical about a silicone water boiler, but after using this a dozen times a day over the past three days, we’re very, very happy with it. It boils water quickly, seems solidly built, imparts no discernible scent or flavor to the boiled water, and stores away with a tiny footprint. We’d of course have preferred an all-metal (stainless steel) until, but if you travel very frequently, those can be just too bulky to take along. This unit is the best compromise we’ve come upon so far.
Great Kettle Great kettle! It boils quickly and I’ve had no problems after a month of use. The collapsibility is nice for storing in a desk. Switching voltage is super easy. I have no complaints so far. I went through 2 kettles before this one mostly due to my own stupidity about the voltage. I out of the USA where they have 240v and I didn’t think about it before I bought the old ones. This kettle is just as good as the other ones if not better.
