Unreliable: Failed When I Needed It I paid almost $120.00 for this and it failed before I ever got to use it. I had it 2 years, kept it fully charged, but when I needed it, it didn’t have enough power to even turn the engine over. The factory says it will rrepair or replace it, but they want another $85.00 to do that, and you have to ship the broken one back to the, which means a big shipping charge: this is essentially a battery, and batteries are very heavy – and costly – to ship. Thumbs down on this loser product.

Not “jumping” for joy… Once it arrived I had charged it for 24 hours. I had checked the status of the battery every month since it arrived and charged it as needed if there was a drain on it from lack of use. I had bought it as a gift for my mother for the “just Incase”. I didn’t have the opportunity to use it until the last month or so, since we have had the cold snap here in the Boston area. It has not worked once!!! Checking the status light on the pack and it says it is charged… I’m not sure what the issue is…

Didn’t last long Worked great when I got it. But after charging it three times, and using it once to jumpstart my car, the unit won’t take charge. Customer service is willing to refurb the unit for more than the new one goes for. So basically no reasonable offer to help.I’d stay away from Clore and go with a better brand.
