Good price 5 stars because it works. Mounted in my work van in the cab. Fan is louder than others I’ve owned, but not objectionable. It is able to power up my Makita table saw. Charges 18v tool batteries fine. You can’t run most variable speed tools with this type of inverter.

Portable power to go! This thing is a monster to me! 1000 Watts of ac power from my truck seems kinda scary and it is when i hooked it up there was some initial sparks at the contacts where I tightened it to my battery, I wish there was some kind of quick connect and disconnect cables so you could remove and install as needed easily. I cant just leave it hooked up under my hood! The unit looks beautiful and so far seems to function well. I have ran some power tools off it ( dremel, drill etc) and it powered them…
